  • Ensured client compliance with 14 CFR Part 91 airworthiness certification.
     

  • Investigated numerous commercial and private aircraft accidents (FAA / NTSB). E.g., here, here, and here.
     

  • Drafted franchise and license agreements, asset purchase agreements, and related commercial contracts, including corporate transactions related to the acquisition and sale of franchise systems.
     

  • Counseled franchisors regarding all aspects of relationship with franchisees.
     

  • Appraised and forecasted emerging antitrust issues in electronic commerce affecting franchise and distribution clients in hotel, motel, health care, financial services, real estate, and retail industries.
